Terms & Conditions

Prior booking and reservations are required for all tours. A booking will be considered confirmed only with an advance payment of minimum 50% of the total tour price. Full payment must be cleared prior to departure of the trip. All bookings are subject to the cancellation rules and fees of the company.

We accept payments in cash, cheque and cards (Master and Visa only). A surcharge of 3% will be applicable on payment by cards. We also accept payment directly to our bank account. A copy of the deposit slip is required as a proof of payment.
We accept foreign currencies like US Dollars, GBP and Euros only in case of cash payment.

All our offers are subject to availability of different services and necessary permits. The company reserves the right to make changes to the final itinerary to suit the local conditions like blockades, strikes, road condition, weather etc. If situation demands, the accompanying guide always reserves the right to make on-the-spot adjustments to the itinerary.  
The company is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling or delay of any public transports like train, air, bus or steamer included in the package. In such cases we will do our best (like running the ship late into the night) to make up for the lost time to make your holidays enjoyable. However, if you decide not to avail the trip, you will have to pay the cancellation fee according to the company rules.

During the trip The Guide Tours Ltd. is not liable for any harm to you or your property, but will extend their cooperation in case of any incident.
